Parent portal

The parent portal provides a simple and efficient way for families to stay informed about a child’s school journey from any device. Communication through the parent portal includes permission notes, reminders, newsletters, and calendar dates for events. Parents and carers can send messages to the school to make notifications of absences or changes in routine. Once a student is enrolled, the school office will provide families with an access code to join the School Bytes app.

In Person

Tallimba Public School has an open school, open door policy. Visitors are encouraged to visit, ask questions, and get involved. The School Administration Manager is the first person you’ll meet at the office and is here to assist with any inquiries or support you may need.

The school communicates through a fortnightly newsletter on a Friday. It is printed, posted on the parent portal, emailed home, and published on the school website. Similarly, the outdoor school sign keeps the community informed about upcoming events.
